We were seated at a wobbly table, bad start. They moved us to a better table, nice save. Then I see one...of the water glasses has a cracked in it. Now the food, If you want authentic Vietnamese food this is not the place to go. The kitchen staff are all Chinese, to cook Vietnamese food you need to be Vietnamese. At any rate we ordered Bun bo hue and flaming fish and an avocado smoothie. The bun Bo hue is like Pho with sate, the avocado smoothie is the worst I have ever tasted. But alas the whole meal was saved by a subpar fish. They did took the smoothie off the bill which got them one star. If you are Caucasian or not Vietnamese then you would not know the difference between authentic Vietnamese and pretend Vietnamese food. But if you are Vietnamese then you will not like the food there. We ordered the flaming fish our kids loved the fire show lol but the taste fell a bit flat. The dipping sauces it came with was kinda weird combo when...combined with the fish probably just an acquired taste that we are not use to so we just ate the fish without any dip. Which made it pretty bland. But the seasfood coconut rice was delicious! Also had the double double, and the curry noodle soup. While the presentation of the dishes was excellent, taste could use some improvement. The Grilled Eggplant was really salty; the Phorrito looked nothing like the picture in the menu, it was overwhelmed with noodles making it really dry; and there was nothing special about the Bun Bo Hue. So, I drove down there and when I placed an order, I had their website on my phone showing her the problem, but again, she could have cared less to try and help me. She said that the whole menu doesn't show up on my IPhone, that it would on my lap top, but, I told her that it was the same on my lap top and she said, well, they outsource their website.
